Returns and Exchanges

 

Exchanges | Credits | Returns

Exchanges, credits, and returns are only accepted until 7 days after the item is received.  Items must be in their original condition showing no signs of having been worn or used.  These items must be returned within the 7 days and must include original packaging, receipt of purchase and a return form issued by Rosey West.  Please contact hello@roseywest.com upon receiving your order to address your request and include reason for return and we will then issue you a return form and shipping details.  Rosey West reserves the right to decline a return post assessment of the return form and condition in which the piece is returned.  If you received your piece damaged, please contact Rosey West immediately with a detailed description of the damage and a clear photograph.

Should a client be permitted to return or exchange a piece, the client is responsible for any and all shipping charges, which would include a secure tracking number and insurance, unless the item you originally received was damaged in any way.

Please do not attempt to make a return without following the steps above.  Items returned without processing a return form will not be accepted and immediately returned to sender.

Repairs

Fine jewelry is delicate, and Rosey West strives to make quality pieces that will become your “future classics”, forever.  While we urge clients to take extra care when wearing our jewelry day to day, we do understand that accidents happen.   Repairs will be assessed on a case-by-case basis – most repairs including missing stones (diamonds under 3mm, and semi-precious stones), broken posts, and missing earring backs will be handled as a first time complimentary service. 

Rosey West also offers a make a match service for clients who have lost just one earring; we will charge half of the retail price for the replacement.  Client is responsible for shipping to and from the Rosey West Studio. 

Cleaning and polishing will be done on a first time courtesy service.  Anytime thereafter the client will be charged a minimal fee for cleaning and polishing services.  Client is responsible for shipping to and from the Rosey West Studio.
